For the next two hours we’ve got heats of the high school boys 4×100. Top 8 times advance to Saturday’s championship.

Jamaica’s Camperdown clocks 42.18 in the seventh heat to set the early standard.

William Knibb — Usain Bolt’s alma mater — clocks in at 42.02 to win heat 12.

And now we have our first sub-42 of he day: Herbert Morrison from Jamaica, running 41.68 in heat 15.

Monroe College (Jamaica, of course) joins them in sub-42 territory with a 41.81 in the very next section.

At approximately 11:30, we have started the large school division.

Calabar of Jamaica has run in 41.18 for a quick time.  Kingston College also ran under 42, with a 41.98.
