LSU’s Walter Henning defended his hammer throw championship when he unleashed a toss of 237-9, the fifth-longest throw in Penn Relays’ history. His throw is the best Relays performance in the last 15 years.

The Penn Relays are the largest annual track and field meet in the United States and the largest annual relay meet in the world. Over the course of three days, 19,000 athletes from all levels will race in front of 115,000 spectators. The 2010 Penn Relays will be from April 22-24.
