Julian Forte of Jamaica’s Wolmer’s Boys ran the third leg on the winning 4×100-meter relay before anchoring the championship 4×400-meter relay with a split of 47.17.

The Penn Relays are the largest annual track and field meet in the United States and the largest annual relay meet in the world. Over the course of three days, 19,000 athletes from all levels will race in front of 115,000 spectators. The 2010 Penn Relays will be from April 22-24.

Congrats to all the Wolmer’s athlete, you really represented for you school and your country. 39.78 is out of this world, trust me this record will be on the books for a long time, the 2nd fastest High School time ever, only .02 outside of the fastest.
